We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was ideal, right next to the conference centre and the river. It was so easy to get around with all the main tram stops nearby, and the town centre was just a quick tram ride away. The room was so luxurious and spacious, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also loved the delicious breakfast buffet and the special diet menus available. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

That the bed was not very comfortable and caused some back pain. However, the staff was aware of this issue and assured us that it would be addressed in the near future.

The bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel went out of their way to provide a double bed instead of a twin room. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to tram lines and within walking distance to the city center and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel and the bathrooms was excellent. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, as the hotel was near a tram stop and provided easy access to the Congress center, train stations, and all public transports in the city.

The room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The highlight was the really good buffet breakfast, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were great, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's convenient location, with easy access to the city's excellent transport system, was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Basel.
